Registering qualifies customers for additional facilities

Empower to conducts outreach campaign urging customers to register to its services and update their information

Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation (EMPOWER), the world’s largest district cooling services provider, launched an outreach campaign urging customers to make official registration to its services as well as updating it.

Upon registration, customers would be able to benefit from additional features according to HE Ahmad Bin Shafar, Chief Executive Officer of Empower. He emphasised that registered customers will enjoy a wide set of features and best services.

Empower is offering a series of value added features for registered tenants such as avoiding disconnection of service due to non-payment of landlords’ bills, facility to check the bills online, and instant payments using various channels.

“We strive to continuously raise the level of customer service,” says Bin Shafar. “This will keep customers up to date with Empower’s policies and procedures, in addition it will ensure smoother access to customers’ data.”

By registering with Empower, tenants  would be able to get all relevant communication on a regular basis, online access to full account details, avoid paying penalty due to delay in receiving bills from owner, as well as controlling amount of consumptions.

Empower has announced the Customer Care Centres that receive registration applications in Dubai which are Empower’s Head Office in Al Hudaiba Awards Building; Business Bay Customer Service Center, Business Bay, and Jumeirah Beach Residence Customer Service Center.

“We develop innovative services to exceed our customers’ expectations. The registration will facilitate easy payments and streamline services offered to customers. This move reflects the global position of Empower, being the world’s largest district cooling services provider,” added Bin Shafar.

Empower currently operates more than 1 Million RT, providing environmentally responsible district cooling services to large-scale real estate developments such as Jumeirah Group, Business Bay, Jumeirah Beach Residence, Dubai International Financial Centre, Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Ibn Battuta Mall, Discovery Gardens, Dubai Healthcare City, Dubai World trade Centre Residences, Dubai Design District, among others.
