The contract was signed by Ahmad bin Shafar, CEO of Empower, and Ahmed Abdul Ghani, Chairman of Allied Consultants.

Empower’s scope of services at the Tijara Town development involves the cooling of multiple buildings or facilities from one or more central plants, all linked together via a chilled water piping network.
