Registration Requirements

    The Registration Procedure for End-Users Services for Empower’s District Cooling Service is as follows:     

                                                        OWNER

    Documents Required:

       1) Title Deed Copy or Proof of Ownership

       2)  For Individual: When the Ownership is under an individual’s name.
                a) Copies of the Passport with signature page, Visa page and Emirates ID.
                b) Registration form duly filled and signed, and Agreement form signed.
     
       3) For Company:When the Ownership is under a company’s name.

                a) Copy of the company’s Trade License (or Certificate of Incorporation for overseas company).

                b) Company’s stamp & authorised person’s signatures on the Empower Registration form and Agreement form.
                c) Copies of the Passport with signature page, Visa page and Emirates ID of the authorised signatory

       
    4) Refundable Security Deposit as Follows
        
             a)    Residential -  Flat     :  AED 2000
                  b)    Residential -  Villa    :  AED 3000
                  c)    Commercial - Office :  AED 4000
                  d)    Commercial - Villa   :  AED 5000
                  e)    Retail - Shops           :  AED 15000


       5) Connection Fee of AED 2000 - (One-time payment, applicable only to the first landlord)

       6) Administration Charge of AED 1000 - (One-time payment, applicable only to the first landlord)


                                                               TENANT

    Documents Required:

        1) Tenancy Contract Copy/ attested Ejari Contract (3 pages).

        2)  For Individual: When the Tenancy Contract is under an individual’s name.
                a) Copies of the Passport with signature page, Visa page and Emirates ID.
                b) Registration form duly filled and signed, and Agreement form signed
     
        3) For Company: When the Tenancy Contract is under a company’s name.
                 a) Copy of the company’s Trade License (or Certificate of Incorporation for overseas company).
                 b) Company’s stamp & authorised person’s signatures on the Empower Registration form and Agreement form.
                 c) Copies of the Passport with signature page, Visa page and Emirates ID of the authorised signatory.

     
         4) Refundable Security Deposit as Follows
        
             a)    Residential -  Flat      :  AED 2000
                  b)    Residential -  Villa     :  AED 3000
                  c)    Commercial - Office  :  AED 4000
                  d)    Commercial - Villa    :  AED 5000
                  e)    Retail - Shops            :  AED 15000


    IMPORTANT NOTES:

    • Please find the Customer Registration Form here and Customer Agreement Form  here
    • Please do not fill the Customer Agreement Form. It has to be only duly signed and stamped (if applicable) on both the sides of the form.
    • Power Of Attorney (if applicable) with passport copy and signature page.
    • Authorisation Letter from the company/Power Of Attorney in case of individual registration, and copies of the authorized person’s
    • Passport, visa page and Emirates ID are required in case the registration is completed by a third person/party.
    • Signatures must be matching on all the relevant documents.
    • The registration can be completed only after clearing the current outstanding balance (if any) on current active accounts.

          Cash, Cheque & Credit Card: The cheque needs to be addressed to “Empower” only.

                  Al Mas Tower, 1st Floor, Shop No. 3, JLT


            d.  Business Bay Customer Service Center:          
                  Executive Towers – Tower F, Bay Avenue, Mezzanine Level, Block 12.
